We went as a large group of 12 and took up over half the eat in area. This place is very small and they don't serve ANY alcohol. I want a beer with my pizza but that's just me. Other than that, the food was great and came out super fast. I would recommend take out or delivery if they offer it. 3.5 stars

Service was great and so was the food. The family had a thin crust pizza and I had the Italian beef. Get the cheese and hot peppers on your sandwich and you will not be disappointed! This this was a mess and I needed to lean into it in order to eat it properly. It oozes with flavor. Don't listen to the other post about it being small because that guy had to be a giant. For us humans, it's a great size. If you're from the south side of Chicago, you'll feel at home here.

Full Disclosure, I lived next door to the owner for years as a kid, before he even opened the pizza place, and I have loved his pizza for over two decades. I know that Tony, the owner will never compromise on quality and it was clear from our large supreme that he is still making it like he did back in his home kitchen. I don't know what else to say other than go try it for yourself and you will be hooked.

Pizza wasn't great ... tourist trap price ... large pepperoni pizza was $17 ... live & learn.

We have been looking for a good pizza place in this area and this place is pretty good. It's a little difficult to drive here and pick it up due to all the pedestrian traffic. By the time I picked it up and brought it back to the Wilderness, the pizza was a little on the cold side. Also, the person on the phone was pleasant but when I arrived to pick up the pizza I didn't feel that the person who greeted me was very friendly or enthusiastic. But as far as the pizza is concerned, it's probably the best pizza I've had in this area and I consider myself to be very particular with pizza! A close second would be Pizza Pub.

We went here last night with another family (4 adults and 6 kids total). The food was fantastic. We got both thin crust and stuffed and they were both great. The "chinormous" pizza was big enough to feed us all, but I'm glad we got the deep dish too because it was great!! There isn't a whole lot of seating at this place, but they were able to accommodate all of us and took great care of us. This place isn't fancy, but much more worth your time and money than any other place in town!

Basically it is the owner and his oven. He takes pride in his pizza and the spices are spot on. Try the cannoli.

The food was great! So if you want good food, try theirs. However, you probably want to get it to go because they only have four dine in tables. Overall the staff were so-so. They need to work on explaining themselves in English and stay off their phones when they have customers. I gave the four stars for the food alone and didn't give the 5th because of the dine in space and staff issues. Give them a try and see what you think.

Are you kidding me? I can't believe the reviews on this place! We ordered the thin crust pizza and wings MILD! We got what looked like frozen pizza and wings drowning in spicy buffalo sauce. On their online menu, it states that (8) pieces come in an order of wings. We got 6 pieces. My husband called to speak to the manager, but a girl that answered said the manager wasn't available. He told her that the wings were spicy when we ordered mild and that we only got 6 pieces. She argued with him over the phone about whether it was spicy and told him that an order only comes with six pieces. Long story short, he went back and showed her the online menu. She told him that she would tell someone to change the menu and that we will now remember for next time. My husband got six pieces of wings dry and she threw in an order of gross looking fries for his troubles. This is NO CHI-Town pizza! It's freezer section pizza and if you don't like it or we make it different than what's written in the menu, learn your lesson! Well we did! Not ever going back and you shouldn't either!

I went to Chi Pizza tonight with my son and three friends for the first time. My son and I asked for lemonade. The others ordered water. The waitress told us ten minutes later she did not have lemonade. I then asked for a Coke and my son asked for water. Soon thereafter the waitress told me they did not have Coke either. We then ordered food. Four of us ordered pizza by the slice. It was alright. The toppings left a little to be desired. My son ordered spaghetti. Ten minutes later we were told they did not have any spaghetti. They only had some other type of pasta. He then ordered a piece of pizza. The waitress then said she all of a sudden did have ONE lemonade for us. I took it for my son. We ate the pizza and drank the water. I asked for the check, paid it and left. Needless to say I won not be returning to this establishment ever again.

The service I received here was the worst service I have ever gotten in my entire life. I was on a group vacation with 6 friends and we were looking for a quick bite to eat. We walked and no one was there to welcome us and a man comes from the back and I said "how are you?" The man did not respond . We started to order to the man giving us all a stank face because we were paying separate and we begin to order and the man gives us all attitude and just stares at us ,halfway through one of our members order he says "Wait " and then he talks to the lady behind him and says " I guess they are going to make this as difficult as possible for me , you take their orders I don't want to " We decided not to give them our business and left and went to River Walk Pub and the service was phenomenal I would go there again and again .

We hosted an RV rally in then Dells and had this pizza delivered. It was flavorful and good but I have one major complaint. One of our attendees is seriously allergic to onion and I specifically asked that no onion be on any pizza I ordered. I was assured they would not use onion. At least three times I mentioned how important that was and why. The pizza came, I assured our attendee he could enjoy any flavor as there would be no onion. His wife took the first bite of her piece of pizza and pulled out a huge piece of onion. She caught him before he took a bite. Thank goodness. This could have been a catastrophe as we are all senior citizens and this is a serious allergy and could have put him in the hospital or worse. Other than that the pizza was good.

Great pizza. Chi-Town delivered to Wilderness Glacier Canyon, and quickly. Thin crust is similar to NY style (not overly crunchy). Sauce was great; even my pizza-picky 11 year old was impressed. Cheese - well, this is Wisconsin after all. Tip: Midwest cut - round pie cut into squares. If you like pie type slices be sure to request it. A bit pricey but worth it; I would buy again. We had one cheese pizza and one pepperoni, green pepper, black, olive.

We have been on a quest for good pizza in Wisconsin Dells and WE FINALLY found it!!! The owners were there when I picked up our carry-out order, they were so friendly! We chatted for a bit (despite it was past closing time)! Happy to report we have officially found our new pizza spot in the Dells!! The Chicago style pizza is truly Chicago style. I read others reviews, a lot of reviewers mention it being pricey but if you are from Chicago, you know that good pizza is more expensive and SOOOO worth it!!!! We will now officially be Chi-Town Pizza regulars!!!

The Italian beef could have been bigger for the price. The pizza slice and soda was ok

We had the 24" pizza that we shared amongst 7 HUNGRY adults and it was the perfect size. We ate to our fill and it was much cheaper than ordering 7 separate meals. The pizza tasted good and the ingredients tasted fresh. All in all it was a great experience. Plus the lady on the phone was exceptionally nice and delivery was very fast. Would definitely order again! Also, we stayed at the Best Western down the street from the pizza shop.

Very high-quality pizza joint! Workers were kind and quick, and the deep dish pizza that we ordered was fantastic and authentic Chicago style. It was a great surprise to find when we were only looking for quick vacation food!

When we ordered the guy was short with us and then made a big deal about using a coupon we had left at the hotel. Made a comment about we can spend $300 on a hotel but need to save $2 on a pizza. A little customer service would go a long way especially when the pizza crust is not cooked thoroughly. Disappointing evening

Delivery and the delivery person was very nice! Got up to the room and dove right into the pizza and bread sticks and the sauce was the worst thing I've ever tasted! They must of messed up the sauce batch tasted like five cups of salt horrible! Disappointed because we heard lot of good things!

We loved the stuffed pizza, the crust was to die for! Some of the best pizza we've ever had. The owner served us and he was super nice to us. Great food and great service. We'll eat there again next time we're at the Dells.

Amazing pizza and service. We picked this place because we were craving pizza at the dells. We dropped by for a slice, the slices are freshly made with toppings of your choosing and are absolutely delicious! The service was quick and the owner and family were super friendly! Free wifi and amazing dessert too. We're going to have to order a pizza for delivery next time. Not sure about the other reviews from my interaction here I don't see how it's possible that such a friendly person would be so mean. Check this place out you won't regret it!

Very delicious pizza! We ordered the ham and pineapple thin crust small pizza and I enjoyed it. Only recommendation would be to use a different kind of cheese, because it was very greasy and I had to chew 20-25 times to swallow the cheese.

We ordered the famous stuffed crust pizza with spinach and mushrooms and the buffalo chicken pizza. They were delicious! The service was friendly and the wall decor adorable. I would definitely go back!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
